Riji Suh

Riji Suh currently lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.  The roads that led her there began in Seoul, South Korea.  She and her brother were given a loving, happy childhood living among the locals in Baghdad, Iraq, while also learning from British teachers in the expat community.   After a year in Frankfurt, Germany, her family finally came to the United States, eventually to New York.  University studies, love, and life choices inspired Riji to find home and purpose in New Mexico, California, Hawaii, and again in NYC.  Since she was a little girl, she has loved moving her body on sports teams, running on dirt in fresh air, and letting loose on dance floors.

For Riji, yoga came as practical, physical-body-medicine before it would come to stay as mind-heart-soul-medicine.  Thankfully, the last kind of medicine has no bottom to the well, no glass to the ceiling.  What Riji knows is that after 19 years of practice and 17 years of teaching, she still loves to learn, to practice, to teach.  Most of all, she still loves to meet the authentic-honest-beauty of people from all over the world.  For several years, Riji has traveled nationally and internationally to teach 26.2 and Vinyasa yoga seminars, assist teacher-trainings, and co-lead retreats prior to creating and launching her own Blueprint Teacher-Training in 2022, an intensive 200 hour Yoga Alliance- accredited program designed to prepare future teachers within the 26.2 yoga system.

Besides yoga, purposeful-fun-movement, and awesome humans, Riji finds happiness in tropical blue oceans, fresh air, epic trees, burning sunset skies, majestic mountains, animals, deep-belly-laughter, and good music of all genres.  She is excited and thankful for all the growth, goodness, and adventure waiting to be experienced and shared from taking this leap: co-creating “yourEnclave” with the wonderful Kaileigh.

Kaileigh Flynn

Kaileigh Flynn grew up on the East Coast and spent her college years and early adulthood in the green mountain state (Vermont!).  Home is Brooklyn, NY, but she is also an avid explorer of the world. You can usually find her on a dance floor, venturing into a very dusty desert, or somewhere by the ocean, drawing inspiration from the vastness, simplicity, and beauty of nature.  Kaileigh is known for her unwavering dedication and loyalty to her inner circle and greater community, as well as for her joyful, sometimes mischievous, approach to life.

Kaileigh is a passionate advocate for cultivating community, dedicated to creating meaningful connections and supporting those around her to strive for their desired lives. With a passion for personal growth and transformation, Kaileigh has spent the past 15 years as a licensed behavior analyst, studying the science of behavior and providing holistic, person-centered care to a diverse clientele.  She has a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis, and her approach to therapeutic services is rooted in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach drawing from behavioral psychology and mindfulness, that supports individuals in becoming “unstuck” and creating positive change in their lives.

As a certified yoga and pilates teacher, Kaileigh also embraces the mind-body connection and believes in the power of movement and mindfulness to promote expansion and whole-self happiness. She is so excited to share your Enclave, an innovative experience co-created with Riji.
